Tracy Blvd. <br />The permit to replace the piping sump sensors in the 89 and 91 tanks at the above <br />referenced site has been approved with the following conditions. <br />1. The individual performing this work must be Veeder-Root and Beaudreau <br />certified and possess the ICC California UST Service Technician Certification. <br />2. EHD must witness the functionality of the monitoring system to ensure that <br />monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of California Code of <br />Regulations Title 23 and the Health & Safety Code. <br />3. The monitoring must satisfy this facilities' monitoring plan. <br />4. Allow 48-hour notice for all appointments. <br />5.
