The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not <br /> been addressed for TRACY SHELL* as of April 16, 2018. <br /> Open violations from January 25, 2018 inspection <br /> Violation#121 -Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> An inspection was last done on 01/27/2017 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be <br /> submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 02/26/2017 . This <br /> information was received passed 30 days to EHD resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator <br /> that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement <br /> documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written <br /> response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection <br /> report. <br /> Violation#301 -UST system is not operated to prevent unauthorized release, including spills and overfills. <br /> Fuel filters were observed outside of the under dispenser containment(UDC)on all UDC dispensers. Fuel Filter in <br /> UDC Dispenser#14 was observed to be dripping. The underground storage tank system shall be operated to <br /> prevent unauthorized releases. Immediately take all necessary action to prevent unauthorized releases. Immediately <br /> contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to make repairs to the UST system under <br /> permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> Violation#313-Failure to construct, operate,and maintain primary containment as product-tight. <br /> Weepage was found attabove shear valve at dispenser#2, #8, #4, #10, and#11 during the inspection, indicating a <br /> leak in the primary piping. All primary containment for the UST system must be tight. Immediately have a properly <br /> licensed, trained, and certified contractor repair or replace the failed component under permit and inspection of the <br /> EHD. <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
