Main <br />Manteca, CA 95336 (209) 823-7628 <br />MONITORING PROCEDURE & RESPONSE PLAN <br />Monitoring shall be done on a daily basis by either the store manager or <br />the clerk appointed by the store manager to.do same. Monitoring will <br />consist of daily stick measuring of the tanks and the filling out of a <br />daily sales log and inventory reconcilliation sheet. The daily log will <br />be filled out by the store manager or assistant manager and kept at the <br />market to be available for inspection at any time. A list of Emergency <br />phone numbers will be posted by the telephone that will be used in the <br />case of an emergency or spill or leak at the market (see attached). <br />In the case of a major spill or leak and the discovery of gasoline in <br />the secondary containment, Quik Stop Markets, Inc. will contact EXCELTECH <br />Corporation of Fremont, (415) 659-0404 to supervise and handle the rem- <br />oval and or clean up of product.
