The SWRCB <br />has a list of Designated Operators for hire posted on their website go to: <br />http://www.swrcb.ca.gov/cwphome/ust/training/designated operators html then click on the link <br />"How can I find a Designated UST Operator for hire?" <br />EHD is still offering training classes to educate UST owners to help them pass the ICC exam. If <br />you would like to sign up for one of these classes, please call Sylvia at 209-468-3427. Please be <br />aware that although some classes are offered after the deadline, as an UST owner you are <br />required to have an ICC certified Designated UST Operator in place BY THE DEADLINE and this <br />person must stay in place until you are able to pass the ICC exam yourself, at which time you <br />have 30 days to notify our office of the change. <br />Failure to comply with these regulations by the deadline may result in legal action. <br />If you have already submitted this information to our department, please disregard this letter. <br />Sincerely, <br />Doug Wilson, Supervising R.E.H.S. <br />Enclosures <br />
