Shirley Environmental Testing, L.L.C. is a licensed affiliate of Praxair <br />Services providing Enhanced Leak Detection services throughout California. <br />The scheduled work plan is to provide Enhanced Leak Detection services (0.005 gph sensitivity) <br />to the above referenced facility with a technological method that meets the requirements set forth <br />in SB 989. <br />Each tank will be inoculated with an individual Tracer. Inoculation is to be performed following <br />strict guidelines established by Praxair Services. <br />Eight (8) probes will be installed around the tanks to a depth of approximately 10 feet below <br />grade.
