Return to Compliance Certification <br /> 2. Updated UST Monitoring&Response Plan(identical to the updated plans <br /> submitted to Michelle Henry last year). <br /> 3. Loss of alarm history is probably the result of implementing the EVR ISD. <br /> Any significant alarms (such as a leak)would not have cured itself and <br /> would have been revealed at monitor certification. <br /> 4. Invoice for SJCEHD required permit fee for monitoring system repairs. <br /> 5. NanoTech Environmental (916-293-9817)has been instructed to pick up <br /> for disposal the two hazardous waste drums at the facility and drop off <br /> empty drums. The District Advisor has been provided labels to distribute <br /> to all Quik Stop fuel facilities in San Joaquin County with instructions on <br /> labeling(example is enclosed). <br /> 6. 1 am in a quandary as to what you are requesting in a"modified <br /> contingency plan"? Emergency contacts are included in the HMMP. <br /> Please provide an analog acceptable to SJCEHD and Quik Stop will be <br /> happy to construct a contingency plan in a comparable format. <br />
