Return to Compliance Certification
2. Updated UST Monitoring&Response Plan(identical to the updated plans
submitted to Michelle Henry last year).
3. Loss of alarm history is probably the result of implementing the EVR ISD.
Any significant alarms (such as a leak)would not have cured itself and
would have been revealed at monitor certification.
4. Invoice for SJCEHD required permit fee for monitoring system repairs.
5. NanoTech Environmental (916-293-9817)has been instructed to pick up
for disposal the two hazardous waste drums at the facility and drop off
empty drums. The District Advisor has been provided labels to distribute
to all Quik Stop fuel facilities in San Joaquin County with instructions on
labeling(example is enclosed).
6. 1 am in a quandary as to what you are requesting in a"modified
contingency plan"? Emergency contacts are included in the HMMP.
Please provide an analog acceptable to SJCEHD and Quik Stop will be
happy to construct a contingency plan in a comparable format.
