If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or <br />infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The service technician removed 7 -gallons of liquid from the <br />87 -octane fill sump. Ensure that all sumps and annular spaces are maintained free of liquid. This was corrected on <br />site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />323 CCR 2636(f)(2) Leak detector failed to detect a 3.0 gph leak at 10 psi. <br />The 89 -octane line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall be capable of <br />detecting a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. The leak detector was replaced and retested during the inspection. A <br />"UST Retrofit Verification with Inspector Already Onsite" form has been completed and provided to the operator and <br />contractor. This was corrected on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />325 CCR 2635(b) Spill container failed to contain a minimum capacity of five gallons. <br />The 89 -octane spill container failed when tested. All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and <br />be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. The technician replaced the spill container <br />drain valve and retested the container with passing results. This was corrected on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />This is a revised report issued on 9-14-2015 and it supersedes all previously issued reports. Violation 205 (noted <br />on the original inspection report dated 6-18-2015) was removed since all appropriate documentation pertaining to <br />this violation was located at the time of inspection. All noted violations were corrected at the time of inspection. <br />Please be aware that as of January 1, 2014, facility operators are required to upload the following UST program <br />documents into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): UST Monitoring Site Plan, UST <br />Certification of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer (if <br />applicable), and the Owner Statement of Designated Operator Compliance.
