The permit has been <br />approved with the following conditions: <br />1 Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work, All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Elena Manzo at (209) 953-7699 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br />a. Sensor functionality-, Functionality of the monitoring system, including functionality of <br />all sensors must be verified to ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the <br />requirements of Title 23 California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety <br />Code. A copy of the alarm history, printed prior to the "cold start" of the Veeder Root <br />system, shall be made available at the time of EHD inspection. <br />
