The 91 spill container failed when tested. All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five <br />gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. Immediately <br />discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is repaired or replaced by a <br />properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD. If the spill <br />container can't be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that the 91 UST system may be red tagged <br />to prevent fuel inputs. REPEAT VIOLATION <br />Notice to Comply - Minor violations: (310, 311) <br />310. Liquid was observed in the 91 STP sump (approximately 1 liter), 91 fill sump (31 liters), and the 87 <br />fill sump (64 liters). If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it <br />must be removed and disposed of properly. This liquid was removed by the technician at the time of <br />inspection. Ensure that the sumps are maintained free of liquid. <br />311. The 89 line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall be <br />capable of detecting a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 psi.
