The today's inspection was conducted to test the line leak detectors not tested during the routine inspection due to the lack of the appropriate VMI certification for the onsite technician. No additional violations were noted at the time of today's inspection, both onsite line leak detectors (87 and 91) were tested with passing results. Please refer to the original UST inspection report issued on 8-16-2016 f( any outstanding violations. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by 9-15-2016.
