The permit has been approved, with the <br />following conditions: <br />1. Contact the local fire -department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Elena Manzo at (209) 053-7699 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments,(a 46 -hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br />a.
