This endorsement certifies that the Policy to which the endorsement is attached provides liability insurance covering the following Underground Storage Tanks: All underground storage tanks as scheduled on file with the company; this schedule represents all tanks owned and operated by the Named Insured; I for taking corrective action and / or compensating third parties for bodily injury and property damage caused by Lither sudden accidental release or non-sudden accidental releases or accidental releases in accordance with and subject to the limits of liability, exclusions, conditions, and other terms of the policy; if coverage applicable to each tank or location arising from operating the underground storage tank(s) identified above. I The limits of liability are: i i $1,000,000 each occurrence $2,000,000 annual aggregate exclusion of legal defense costs This coverage is provided under Policy Number: PLI G1 029588 0 The effective date of said Policy is January 1, 2001 2.
