All vapor recovery piping shall be a minimum of 3" in diameter after manifolding of <br />the dispenser lines. All vapor recovery piping shall slope downwards to the lowest octane <br />tank at a minimum of 1/8" per linear foot. That all vapor recovery piping is manifolded <br />below grade at the tanks. <br />3. Each vent pipe shall be equipped with a CARB certified pressure vacuum relief valve as <br />required by the applicable Phase I E.O. and that th' valves shall be installed at a height <br />not less than twelve (12) feet above the driveway lurface use for Phase I tank truck i <br />filling operations. <br />I <br />4.
