UST Facility Operating Permit is not current in CERS. The wrong financial responsibility mechanism was selected. Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update the required Information, and submit for review by the EHO. UST Tank information forms for the87 and 91 tanks are not current in CERS. The submittal was restarted from scratch and the information placed in the most current tank forms is not accurate.
