BuiWStiNk*Electronic
le Bulk Storage Tank Monitoring
11
EBW's Bulk/Stik monitoring system is designed for
the vertical above ground bulk tank market. It
provides instant inventory control & overfill
protection. The system consists of a mechanical
level gauge mounted in the above ground tank
connected to an electronic sensor monitored by a
microprocessor -based controller. The system can
be used on new installations or be retrofitted to
existing installations. Currently, liquid bulk tank
inventory is difficult to keep accurate and up to date.
Manual gauges and the use of "look inventory", are
both labor intensive and not very reliable. The
Bulk/Stik provides instant and accurate inventory
information without the inconvenience and labor
required to individually "walk -out" check, each tank.
By simply pushing a button, you have all the
information you need to keep your records complete
and accurate, thus avoiding the possibility of
running out of or overstocking product. All this can
be done from the comfort and safety of your office.
Bulk/Stik 11 controller can be connected
to the Bulk/Stik and is capable of
monitoring 1-16 tanks. 16 standard
contact outputs, (expandable to 64) that
can be used to monitor any normally
open or normally closed sensors. The
Bulk/Stik 11 is equipped with 8 relay
outputs (expandable to 56). Printed
reports include high level, deliveries, low
level, & alarm reports. Below ground
tanks leak alarms and reports are also
available. Bulk/Stik probes can be
combined with Auto/Stik probes and line
leak sensors to monitor below ground
tanks and lines.
Bulk/Stik Jr. is the most cost effective
controller for Bulk/Stik probes. It is
capable of monitoring 1-4 tanks, 8
sensors normally closed or normally
open and 2 relays for output.
An optional RS 232 port is available.
With the Bulk/Stik Jr. you can control
Bulk/Stik probes for above ground
tanks and Auto/Stik probes for below
ground tanks. The Bulk/Stik Jr. also
provides printed reports for high & low
level, deliveries, inventory, and
alarms.
External Annunciator incorporates a
120VAC strobe light and a 110 decibel
horn. It is housed in a NEMA 4
enclosure making it suitable for out-of-
doors use. This unit is compatible with
the Bulk/Stik 11 and Bulk/Stik Jr. control
panels.
Please ask for Form 8116 for
complete ordering information
on the Bulk/Stik System. , ,
