If during the coarse of site work new chemical contamination is <br />discovered, or additional site activities not described in the Scope of Work <br />become necessary, all work shall stop pending an evaluation of the new <br />information and appropriate modification of this Plan. The Health and Safety <br />Officer shall direct this evaluation. <br />III. HEALTH AND SAFETY ORGANIZATION <br />Minimum qualifications, duties, and responsibilities of all site personnel: <br />A) PROJECT MANAGER <br />i) Hazardous Waste Field Investigation Experience <br />ii) Knowledge of Work Plan Procedures and Equipment <br />iii) Knowledge of Standard Site Safety Procedures and Equipment <br />iv) Training (40 Hour, 3 Day Site Specific) <br />v) Respirator Fit Tested and Trained <br />
