Comments: Monitor still has active alarm for bad Prem. Probe On todays visit I retrieved alarm
history and found alarm for 91 sump which occurred on Aug.17t" and has been in alarm since
that day. The monitor is already in alarm for bad probe so lithe owner was never aware of
sump alarm. About I opened sump and discovered approximately 25 gallons of fuel. Myself
and trainee removed fuel and disposed of in 50 gallon drum located at the back of the store.
We found that there was a loose connection on product piping causing a steady drip. We
tightened the fitting and stopped the leak. Placed sensor back on bottom.
-------- .111MM REPORT ---------
_if MTHT
TTF
Q5 10
R.
