Type of significant violation: 0 A violation that is causing, or threatens to cause a liquid release of petroleum from an underground storage tank system, including, but not limited to: the failure of any required overfill prevention system, where the failure is causing or threatens to cause a release; or the failure of a required spill containment structure, where the failure is causing or threatens to cause a release to the environment due to a spill or an overfill. ❑ A violation that impairs the ability of an underground storage tank system to detect a liquid leak or contain a liquid release of petroleum in the manner required by law. ❑ A chronic violation or a violation that is committed by a recalcitrant violator. The secondary containment testing results from December 19-20, 2012 indicated a failure at UDC 3/4 and UDC 5/6. Tc date no repairs to the secondary containment or testing of the secondary containment was conducted at this facility. Th( underground storage tank system must be operated to prevent unauthorized releases, and all secondary containment fo the UST system must be tight. An initial letter of "Notice of Significant Violation" was issued on February 17, 2015 requesting the secondary containmi repairs to be completed by March 20, 2015 or the underground storage tanks (UST) may be Red -Tagged. To d, secondary containment repairs were conducted, and a Red Tag has been affixed to the fill -pipe of all USTs today accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Section 2717-2717.7. Fuel delivery to the tanks is prohibited. Red Tag will be removed by the EHD after the violation referenced in the above- mentioned "Notice of Significant Violation" has been corrected.
