Manzo [EH] <br />Subject: Escalon Mini Mart 1097 Yosemite Ave <br />Kasey, <br />This site had failing SCT on December 19-20, 2012. Two UDC failures. Repair permit was approved. Retest on <br />one UDC was done March 25, 2013 with no test results sent to the EHD. The second UDC has not been tested. <br />Should we send a Red Tag warning letter?
