Louise c, "IN <br />Lathrop, CA. <br />Phone: 209-983-0381 <br />Charlie, <br />Dale Gy As per our conversation, please accept this as our plan to: <br />1) excavate to all three tank tops and expose <br />existing vapor/vent valve not accessible at <br />this time. <br />2) pull existing extractable ball vent valve and <br />isolate lines from each other so tanks can be <br />precision tested individually. <br />3> Perform PetroTite precision test on all three <br />tanks. <br />4) Upon completion of test, install 4" black riser on <br />one existing vapor/vent valve, wrap with VID-10 <br />mil Tranvex tape, install 4" Universal cap, <br />boockfilland install 36" CN% manhole over access <br />port to vapor/vent valve for future testing. <br />(Super-Unleed tank) <br />5) On other two existing vapor/vent valves, no changes <br />except reallignment of the existing manway so <br />existing vapor/vent valve can be accessible from <br />aboveground level.
