MARK OF SERVICE I
September 8, 1986
Mobil Oil Corporation
612 S. Flower St. #933
Los Angeles, California 90017
Attention: Kurt Fischer
Re: Mobil Oil NPM 950
16500 I-5 &-Louise, Lathrop, Calif.
Dear Mr, Fischer:
On August 28, 1986, a Petro Tite System Test was performed`
at the above -referenced location. The test was performed by
Abel Hernandez, FHEMCO Technician. The NFPA Code 329.02
criteria for a tight. system is a maximum loss of .05 gallons per
hour. Because of the almost infinite variables involved, this is
not intended to be a mathematical tolerance and is not the permission
of actual leakage.
During the stand -pipe test procedure., the .internal liquid
hydrostatic pressure applied to the underground tank system -is -
generally two to three times greater`thari-"normal liquid storage
pressures. This increase in hydrostatic pressure will amplify
the indicated rate of leak accordingly.
SYSTEM TEST
Tank No. 1 - North
Size - 10,000 Gallons
Product - Unleaded
The test showed a plus .028 gallons per hour.
Based on the above criteria, we find the tank tested
mathematically tight.
Tank No. 2 ;.Middle
Size - 6,000 Gallons
Product - Super Unleaded_
The test showed a minus .006 gallons per hour.
Based on the above criteria, we find the tank tested
mathematically tight.
3040 W Street - (805) 323-8136
BAKERSFIELD, CA 93301
F & H EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE COMPANY
- HOME OFFICE -
1100 North V Street - (209) 688-2977
Post Office Box 88 - TULARE, CA 93275-0088
17068 Road 26 - (209) 675-1000
MADERA, CA 93638
