On 11/12/13, SSS <br />Tech Gabe Padilla responding to a service call at the site discovered the TLS -350 stuck in <br />a warm start loop. There had been a power outage at the site. He replaced the lithium <br />battery and cold started the VR monitoring system. He then completed a successful <br />monitoring system certification immediately afterward. <br />If you need any additional information or have any questions, please let me know as soon <br />as possible. <br />Please send a copy of the permit to me at the address below.
