March 15, 2011 <br />Thuy Tran <br />Re: Inspection 2/07/11 <br />This letter is in regards to the inspection date mentioned above. CCR 2712(b) was fixed and resolved in <br />accordance to EHD requirements. It is located on site at Lathrop Shell. CCR 2715(c) is located on site at <br />the gas station and can be reviewed. All inspections regarding the dates mentioned have been done. <br />The testing and maintenance of the UST has been completed on 3/10/11. If for some reason this <br />information is not found, EPIC COMPLICANCE, whom did our monthly testing would have it on file. <br />Violation # 24 CCR 2638 has been performed by Franzen -Hill and is on site and has been there.
