March 15, 2011 <br />Thuy Tran <br />Re: Inspection Report 1/26/11 <br />Dear Ms. Tran: This letter is in regards to inspection on the date mentioned above. Violation CCR 2711, <br />HSC 25292.2 (financial responsibility document) has been presented to you by myself on 2/7/11 and is <br />on file with EHD. CCR 2632(b), and CCR 2712(i) have all been corrected and provided on site at Lathrop <br />Shell. The UST facility and tank forms have been put on file at our site and can be faxed to you if <br />requested. The UST operating permit application was provided to you from myself on 2/7/11. CCR <br />2712(b) has also been corrected and is on site as well as sent to your office; CCR 2715 has been <br />corrected with EHD; CCR 2715(f) inspection reports are on site and have been logged properly as well as <br />sent to EHD. CCR 2715(f) ... our employees have been trained and have signed the proper form and is on <br />file at Lathrop Shell.
