INSPECTION 1/12/09 <br />Dear Ms.Tran: <br />40 <br />In accordance with Violation 20 and 21 about properly labeling hazardous waste, it was resolved in <br />March of 2011 and the stickers are on the drums on site. CCR 66265.173(a) has been corrected and the <br />containers are closed except when putting materials in the correct container. <br />Violation 66262.34(#88) stored hazardous waste has been removed to the San Joaquin County HHR for <br />proper disposal. Again, we are waiting for our new EPA ID to arrive so that we may pursue to <br />accomplish any and all waste.
