The records must be maintained on-site or, if approved <br /> by the local agency, off-site at a readily available location. <br /> If ATG alarm report shows alarm activity in the turbine sumps,call maintenance to verify service <br /> response. Be sure to notate date,service company,and resolution of call. Schedule a service <br /> call with maintenance if alarm has not been investigated and Inform O&E for follow-up. <br /> Retention in store is I year for inspection. <br /> By signing, customer understands and acknowledges that Valley Underground Tank Monitoring is <br /> an inspection company only and that all repairs are the tank owners responsibility.
