Hospital Road <br />French Camp CA 95231 <br />Addendum to Routine Underground Storage Tank Inspection 8/31/07 <br />27 Per CCR 2636(f): It is required to do an annual line tightness test if the pressurized piping <br />system does not perform either of the following functions: <br />1) The monitoring system shuts down the pump or stops the flow of product at the <br />dispenser when a leak is detected in the under dispenser containment. <br />2) The monitoring system for all product piping other than that contained in the under <br />dispenser containment is fail safe and shuts down the pump when a leak is detected. <br />It has been determined that your system does not perform either of the above listed functions, <br />1 or 2, therefore you must perform an annual line tightness test.
