CARDLOCK.No. 2 <br />983 MOFFAT BLVD <br />nkVMCA, CA 95336 <br />OVERFILL PROTECTION <br />(209) 943-2011 <br />J <br />ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br />PERMIT/SERVICES <br />Prior to delivery of fuels, a visual monitoring of the <br />liquid level of the tank to be filled shall be performed. <br />The station operator shall control the visual monitoring <br />and filling of the tanks. <br />The tank to be filled shall have an available capacity of <br />103% of the load to be dropped into it or the total load <br />• plus 200 gallon capacity, whichever is less, as determined <br />by storage tank visual monitoring. <br />The load to be dropped into the underground tank shall be <br />monitored either offsite by the batchh plant into the <br />truck or onsite via a meter on the truck into the underground <br />tank. <br />SIGNATURE: Operator <br />• <br />
