Contact the fire department and San Joaquin Air District for any applicable <br />permits. <br />2. Contact EHD for the following inspections at least 48 hours in advance: <br />a. Testing of new line leak detectors <br />3. Any changes shall be submitted to EHD for approval prior to commencing work. <br />All new addendum supercede the previous ones. <br />4. At least one person who is certified as an ICC UST Service Technician must be <br />onsite at all times when servicing any portion of the UST System. <br />5. The person servicing the equipment must be certified/trained by the equipment <br />manufacturer. <br />6.
