Contact the local fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits. <br />2. Any changes shall be submitted to this office for approval prior to commencing work. <br />All new addenda supercede the previous ones. <br />3. At least one person who holds the International Code Council (ICC) UST Service <br />Technician certification and manufacturers' certificate of training for all components <br />installed or tested must be onsite when work is performed. <br />4. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training <br />from the manufacturer of that component. <br />5. Contact EHD for the following inspections (allow 48 hour notice for all inspections): <br />a. Corrosion protection on the fill riser <br />b. Verification that the new spill bucket holds a minimum of 5 gallons and pass a 60 <br />minute lake test or equivalent after concrete is poured. <br />6. A tank integrity test must be performed by a third party certified tank tester and <br />results received by this office within 7 days of completion of work. <br />7. Complete and submit a copy of a UST Installation Certificate of Compliance (Former <br />Form C) for the diesel tank no later than 30 days after work is completed. <br />8.
