Wilson, R.E.H.S. <br />Margaret Lagorio, R.E.H.S. <br />Robert McClellon, R.E.H.S. <br />Jeff Carruesco, R.E.H.S. <br />Upon reviewing this facilities underground storage tank file, San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department discovered that the last secondary containment test for <br />the above referenced facility was performed on October 22, 2002. <br />According to the California Code of Regulations Section 2637(a): <br />Secondary containment systems installed on or after January 1, 2001 shall be tested upon <br />installation, 6 months after installation, and every 36 months thereafter. Secondary <br />containment systems installed prior to January 1, 2001 shall be tested by January 1, 2003 <br />and every 36 months thereafter. <br />In addition to this test being required every 36 months this office must be notified of the <br />test date and time 48 hours prior to performing these tests. If notification is not made to <br />this office prior to testing then the results will not be accepted. Results from the above <br />testing must be sent to this office within 30 days of the test completion.
