Wilson, R.E.H.S. <br />Margaret Lagorio, R.E.H.S. <br />Robert McClellon, R.E.H.S. <br />Mark Barcellos, R.E.H.S. <br />The permit application to replace the spill containment and drop tubes with overfill <br />flapper on the premium 91 and unleaded 87 underground storage tank system from the <br />above referenced facility has been approved with the following conditions: <br />1. Contact the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District and local Fire <br />Department for all necessary permits if applicable. <br />2. The installation must follow the manufacturers instructions. <br />3. EHD must witness a measurement of the drop tubes to determine 95% shutoff for <br />overfill protection. <br />4. Do not backfill around the spill containment and riser until corrosion protection <br />has been verified by an inspection. <br />5. EHD must witness the testing of the spill containment with water for 30 minutes <br />after the concrete has been poured. <br />6. The spill containment must be able to contain at least five gallons. <br />7. A site health and safety plan must be available onsite for review during <br />construction. <br />8. Third party tank integrity tests must be completed within seven days after the <br />concrete has been poured.
