According to the permit requestor, no concrete will be broken during the proposed <br /> repair works Prior to conducting any repairs on UDC 1/2 and UDC 8 SAT, once the <br /> determination as to the necessary repairs was made submit a permit application addendum for <br /> the necessary repairs. <br /> The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Elena Manzo at (209) 953-7699 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br /> aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br /> approval. <br /> a. 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on the 87-octane STP <br /> b. Secondary containment testing of 91-octane product line (related to UDC %test boot <br /> installation). <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the impacted UST system prior to <br /> the EHD inspection and approval <br /> 4. Secondary containment testing for the installed components is required six months after <br /> installation. Provide 48 hours notification to the EHD when this test is scheduled. <br />
