According to the -permit requestor, no concrete will be broken during the proposed <br /> repair work. Prior to conducting any repairs on UQC 112 and UDC 8 SAT, once the <br /> determination as to the-necessary repairs was made submit a permit application addendum for <br /> the necessary repairs. <br /> The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1., Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2, Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EMD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work.
