Elena, <br />Documented below are the corrective actions taken in order to return to compliance at <br />Flyers #487 located on 983 Moffat Blvd. In Manteca, CA. <br />Submitted Return to Compliance paperwork for inspection conducted on July <br />14, 2011 (Please see attached copy of Facility Information, Tank Information, <br />Response Plan, Monitoring Plan, Owner/Operator agreement and hazardous <br />waste manifest) * Please Note: Paperwork was originally submitted on <br />05/06/2012 <br />• Submitted Return to Compliance paperwork for inspection conducted on July <br />23, 2014 (Please see attached maintenance report and contractor work order for <br />alarm on October 25, 2013) <br />Liquid observed in UDC 1/2 and 7/8 was removed and corrected while inspector <br />was on site <br />• 87 line leak detector failed initial testing.
