Liquid was observed in the UDC 7/8 (approximately 1 cup), in the UDC 1/2 (approximately 1 cup) <br />and in the diesel STP sump (1 to 2 cups). If water could enter into the secondary containment by <br />precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The technician onsite removed <br />and placed in the onsite hazardous waste drum. Ensure that the aforementioned sump are maintained <br />free of liquid. CORRECTED. <br />311. The 87 -octane line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall <br />be capable of detecting a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. The service technician adjusted the leak <br />detector, retested it, and it passed. CORRECTED. <br />MINOR -Notice to Comply: 201 <br />201. A maintenance record for L10 alarm which occurred on 10-25-2015 was not found on site. These <br />records shall be kept on site for at least 3 years.
