(Payment for Equipment, Freight, Delivery, & Sales Tax is the <br />responsibility of others) <br />• Saw cutting and demo of concrete <br />• Excavation and backfilling. Replace all concrete with like kind. <br />Exclusions: <br />• Permit Fees: $60 Air Pollution + $270 for Environmental Health. Total $330 (Estimate only) <br />• Air Pollution testing done by Afforda Test: $1,880 <br />• Equipment furnished by Shields, Harper & Co. per quote #24-041203J14: $3,135.10 <br />Total by others: $5,345 <br />Notes: <br />Loading and off -haul of impacted or undesirable soil, soil samples, and environmental issues not <br />included in the scope of work. Underground obstructions, cave-in's due to unstable soil conditions, <br />unmarked or mis-marked underground utilities that are damaged or must be replaced will be <br />considered additional work that is not included in the scope of work.
