Annual monitoring system certification, leak detector testing, and spill container testing were last <br /> performed on 4-24-2014 and is now almost two month past due. These tests are required once <br /> every 12 months. Immediately make all necessary arrangements to schedule these tests and have <br /> these tests scheduled on a routine basis. <br /> 2. Outstanding permit SR0070498 for the new dispenser installation requires a field inspection for the <br /> following items: verification of conversion frames installation, verification of dispenser footprints <br /> contained by the UDC, verification that all potential product piping leaks will be contained by the UDC, <br /> visual inspection of the piping within the dispensers for any product leaks. Contact Elena Manzo to <br /> arrange for this inspection. <br /> 3. Secondary containment testing was conducted on 3-28-2013. Secondary containment testing is <br /> required once every 36 months, please make all necessary arrangements to have these tests <br /> scheduled on a routine basis.
