The chain and float assemblies were adjusted and <br /> functionality verified at the time of inspection. The D.O. will be reminded <br /> to check assemblies during monthly inspections. <br /> 2. Item#310 UST Report. Liquid observed in the 87 and 91 fill sumps was <br /> removed at the time of inspection. Fill sumps are considered to be <br /> isolation(by Quik Stop) rather than secondary containment,but greater <br /> effort will be made to keep them dry. <br /> 3. Item#122 & 705 HW Report. The 3 missing HW Manifests with their <br /> respective Disposal/Recycling/Treatment Certificates,are attached. <br /> 4. Item#703 HW Report. A copy of the Hazardous Waste Emergency <br /> Information form to be posted near the market's phone is attached. <br /> 5. Item#812 HW Report. Quik Stop contracts with Sylvania Lighting Svcs. <br /> Corp. for replacement/handling/disposal of bulbs,tubes,ballasts, etc. See <br /> the attached email confirmation. Used/replaced equipment is neither <br /> accumulated nor stored on site. Same applies to electronic equipment, <br /> which is returned to the corporate office in Fremont, where it is tested, <br /> cannibalized, or returned to service. Unusable equipment is transported to <br /> Allied Waste Services at 42600 Boyce Road in Fremont for disposal. <br /> 6. A signed Return to Compliance Certification(for both UST&HW issues) <br /> is attached. <br />
