The following is a Minor Violation <br />Notice to Comply: 110 <br />110. Annual leak detector testing OF 87 -octane testing were last performed on July 8, 2013 and was <br />due by July 31, 2014. Testing has not been completed today when the relay was found to be defective <br />and could not be replaced during this inspection. This test is required once every 12 months. <br />Immediately contract a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to replace the failed <br />component with a functional component (LG 113-x listed, if applicable) and obtain a permit within 1 <br />business day from the EHD, and schedule the test with at least 48 hours notification to the EHD. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />T I FACILITY I SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />r <br />
