The UST monitoring system was in compliance on the <br />date inspected. <br />Inspection date: April 11, 21, 22, 23, 24 and May 13 & 14, 2003 <br />Repairs performed: <br />1. Installed a check valve in the piping from the UST to the AST. <br />2. Repaired the piping in the UST turbine sump to accommodate a test boot and ball valve <br />and reroute the vent piping to eliminate a potential blockage condition. <br />3. Replace drain valve in the overspill containment device. <br />4. Repaired the secondary piping in the transition sump to the AST to accommodate test <br />boots. <br />5. Installed electrical entry boots in the sumps. <br />6.
