Contact the local fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for applicable permits. <br />2. Contact Dina Abate at (209) 468-3468 to arrange an appointment to witness the <br />excavation of the piping. <br />3. Soil sampling may be necessary per Environmental Health assessment. <br />4. All metal exposed to backfill must have corrosion protected <br />5. A line integrity test on the primary piping of all exposed lines must be performed <br />by a certified technician and results received by this office prior to the final <br />inspection. <br />6. A 24-hour lake test will be required on any sumps that require repair/replacement. <br />7. EHD must witness a 30 -minute pressure test on all repaired/replaced piping prior <br />to backfill. <br />8. Arrange a final inspection with this office prior to returning this fueling facility <br />into full service. Give 48-hour notice for all inspection appointments. <br />9. Permit expires April 14, 2003. Note: If an extension is needed a written request <br />must be submitted to this office prior to the expiration date <br />10.
