Since the test results <br /> indicate a leak rate of less than the allowed 0.05 gallons per hour, the system <br /> is considered to be "tich " . <br /> The test results should be presented to the local permitting agency as requested <br /> or retained on-site as specified by your operating permit. <br /> This office is in a three-year program to provide tank level monitoring <br /> equipment (TLM) for existing single-walled tanks. Until the TLMs are installed, <br /> each facility shall perform daily manual liquid level measurements and inventory <br /> reconciliation during the interim.
