According to CCR 2637 (b) this testing must be performed at least once <br />every 12 months. In addition, this office must be notified of the test date and time <br />within 48 hours of performing the test, as well as, results from the testing must be <br />sent to this office within 30 days of the test completion. Please submit these results <br />to this office by 03 DEC 03. <br />If these tests have not yet been performed within the past 12 months than arrange <br />and schedule the annual monitoring certification, line leak detector, and line <br />tightness test (if applicable) by 03 DEC 03. <br />In addition to arranging the scheduling with a certified technician, this department <br />would like to be notified of the test date so that we may be on site.
