PRE -INSTALLATION INSPECTION: <br />All pipe and pipe components inspected for damage incurred in shipping and <br />handling. <br />2. TRENCHES: <br />A.Bedded minimum 6" pea gravel, sand or other prior TCI approved material. <br />B. All trenches slope back to sump 1/8" per foot. <br />3. TANK SUMP INSTALLATION INSPECTION [INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH INSTRUCTIONS]: <br />Type of Tank Sump used: <br />TCI Tank Sump installation instructions followed. <br />4. DISPENSER SUMP INSTALLATION INSPECTION: <br />Type of Dispenser Sump used: <br />TCI Dispenser Sump installation instructions followed. <br />5. SECONDARY PIPE INSTALLATION INSPECTION: <br />A.Interface compression seals and stiffeners were installed and all 300 series <br />stainless steel clamps were torqued to according to installation instructions. <br />B. Secondary pipe tested with 3-5 psi air pressure and soap tested for <br />minimum 15 minutes or in accordance with local codes. <br />C. Secondary piping spaced minumum 4" apart from one another prior to <br />backfilling. <br />6. PRIMARY PIPE INSTALLATION INSPECTION: <br />A. TCI Enviroflex coupling assembly procedures were adhered to during <br />attachment of coupling to primary pipe. <br />B. TCI Coupling Machine was used and inspected for proper expansion <br />diameter prior to use. <br />C. MolyKote Gn metal assembly paste was applied or redistributed on TCI <br />Coupling Machine mandrel before each coupling procedure. <br />D.Enviroflex primary pipe was installed and air pressure tested to 60 psi, or <br />dealer specs, with the following components soaped and inspected for <br />leaks: single adaptors, "Y" fittings, tees, 90's, couplings, and all other <br />threaded joints (includes testing equipment). <br />7. BACKFILLING: <br />A.Tank Sump and Dispenser Sump bases were all adequately backfilled and <br />voids tamped and checked for maximum base support. <br />B. All pipe spacing and slope was maintained during backfilling. Direct dumping was avoided. <br />C. Pressure on the primary and secondary pipe was maintained through <br />backfilling and paving process. <br />8.
