I believe it was <br />eight years ago, in 1988, that I conducted on-the-job field training in Marysville, <br />California with O.E.S. owner, Mr. Keith Talia and his construction foreman Mr. Jim <br />Hesketh. Since that date they, along with other O.E.S. personnel, Bruce K. <br />Kieffaber, H. Todd Barr and Courtney Minehart have completed many other <br />suaaaaaful I1ipa Jaalzat@ imstallatiams. <br />Since its introduction in 1987, the simplicity and ease of application' -of Pipe JagJketO <br />has evolved to the point where one can count on a satisfactory installation from <br />anyone who has had prior experience with other forms of secondary piping. Todd Barr have received flexible piping system <br />certificates from Total Containment Inc. as the result of their instruction at an <br />Enviroflexl� Installation in Lathrop, California during the month of August,1995. <br />Sincerely, <br />James L.
