Spill Containment - OPW EVR Thread -on or OPW/POMECO EVR Multi -Port spill containers <br />are cerMied <br />or installation on OPW Phase 1 EVR systems. AA Fill Ports in these spill containers <br />feature enhanced 1 DK-2100-EVR vapor tight drain valves that exceed the EVR requirements for a <br />Ttaxittktm vapor leak rate of .17CFH @2.0 in H2O. The vapor return Spill Containers feature a <br />' pemtaient plug installed in the drain ports as per EVR requirements. <br />Overfill Prevention — The OPW 61SO-400C-EVR series Overfill Prevention Valves are <br />certd'llid for installation on the OPW Phase 1 EVR system. The vapor tight EVR 61 SO's are <br />° ,designed to provide positive shut-off of product delivery before an overfill condition occurs <br />� 'per FPA requirements without intervention from the transport driver. The valve features a <br />f, . waled fbi pivot and a threaded lower tube connection and exceeds the EVR requirement <br />for a maximum vapor leak rate d.1 7CFH @2.0 in H2O. The 61 SO-EVR series valve is installed <br />in the base of the OPW EVR spill container with the patent pending 61JSK Jack Screw device. <br />This configuration allows liquid in the spill container to be drained directly into the drop tube <br />thereby isolating the drain valve from the tank ullage, eliminating a notorious leak point in <br />previous systems. <br />Rotatable Swivel Adaptors (Fill and Vapor) — OPW EVR Rotatable Swivel Adaptors are <br />certified for installation on the fill and vapor pots on OPW Phase 1 EVR systems. OPW Swivel <br />Adaptors provide 360 degrees of rotation of any product or vapor recovery elbow to prevent <br />the adaptors from loosening on the spill container risers. OPW Swivel Adaptors exceed the <br />EVR requirement to maintain a minimum 360 -degree rotation with an average static torque <br />not exceed 108 inch -pounds (9 foot pounds). The enhanced poppet system on the OPW <br />61VSA-EVR vapor swivel adaptor provides a vapor fight seal when chased per EVR requirements. <br />Adaptor Tool —An OPW 61SA-TOOL Adaptor installation tool is required 'to insure <br />proper installation of OPW Rotatable Swivel Adaptors, spill containers and threaded riser <br />adaptors as per EVR requirements. The 61 SA -TOOL includes provision for the use of a torque <br />wrench to facilitate accurate installation and testing. <br />Dust Caps (Fill & Vapor) — OPW EVR Dust Caps are certified for installation on OPW <br />EVR certified Rotatable Adaptor. OPW EVR Certified Dust Caps feature enhanced ribbed <br />seals and increased sealing forces to provide a bubble -tight seal per EVR requirements. <br />Threaded Riser Adaptor (Face Seal Adaptor) — An OPW FSA -400 Threaded Riser <br />Face Seal Adaptor is required to provide a fiat, true sealing surface on threaded pipes where <br />a gasket seal exists per EVR requirements. The FSA -400 is installed on the fill pipe <br />riser below the spill container to provide a true sealing surface for the drop tube flange <br />on the 61SO.400C-EVR overfill prevention valves. The FSA•400 is also required on tank <br />gauging risers and optional on vapor risers and rotatable adaptors. <br />Tank Bottom Protector — The OPW/POMECO 6111.1400 Tank Bottom Protector is EVR <br />certified for installation at the bottom of the overfill prevention valve drop tube to help prevent <br />the underground storage tank from sustaining damage from erosion or tank gauging sticks. <br />w;' <br />
