'Underground product <br />delivery pipe consists of double-wall fiberglass pipe. The underground piping slopes to a piping <br />manhole sump on the tank. The secondary containment pipe is open to the piping manhole sump <br />so a piping Irak would r urn in'o the sump. Die dispensers are provided itit contFik Ment sunips. <br />The twuiks are monitored continuously by an electronic monitoring system .vith liquid sensors <br />locatod in the double-wall tank interstitial spaces, the tank manhole s-Lunps and the dispenser sumps. <br />The tank monitor is located inside the building and has audible and visual alanns. if a leak or spill <br />should occur, the alarm will sound. Person rosponsiblc for monitoring and reporting an emergency, <br />oran unauthorized release is Gurpal G; dh <br />The tank monitoring system is tested and maintained by a certified third party company on an <br />annual basis. <br />In the event of a leak or spill, Gurpal S idhtwill notify the San Joaquin Environmental Health <br />Department at <br />Gur]2al oldh1a will notify the following company for the fastest cleanup of the spill or leak <br />possible: <br />Oil Equipment Service, 750 Industrial Way, San Andreas, CA 95249 (209) 754- <br />1808 <br />Oil Equipment Service maintains or has access to absorbent materials, suction pumps, and other <br />equipment for cleanup of spills, and removal of spills, and removul of leaked material from <br />secondary spaces. <br />Person responsible for authorizing work: Gurpal Sidhu <br />
