The following information on <br />tanks 95 & 96 is needed before closure can be completed: <br />1) A Closure Plan /Permit Application <br />2) Closure Permit Fees for tanks #5 & #6 total $468.00 <br />3) Rinsate manifest <br />4) Tank Closure Certificates <br />5) Tank Tracking Records <br />6) Laboratory soil sample analysis. <br />Enc: Tank Closure Permit Application and Fee Sheet <br />8/6/99: Letitia, <br />I suggest you consult Harlan Knoll on this as it was <br />all handled by him.
