The permit has been approved with <br />the following conditions: <br />1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution <br />Control District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Contact Toua Yang at (209) 468-3459 to arrange the following inspections <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointment(s): <br />a. Spill Bucket: Verify minimum 5 -gallon capacity and pass a 60 -minute <br />Lake Test or equivalent. Proper drainage or removal must also be <br />verified. <br />b. Concrete will be broken; corrosion protection of the remote fill riser must <br />be verified prior to backfilling around the spill bucket. <br />c. Leak Detector Test: Leak detector must be tested to confirm that the <br />device can detect a leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10 psi. <br />d. 24 hour or equivalent lake test on secondary containment to verify <br />tightness. <br />3. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for <br />approval prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous <br />ones. <br />4. All components installed must be certified by an independent testing organization <br />and bear the appropriate mark as required by the independent testing organization. <br />5. Concrete will be broken above the tank pit, a tank integrity test must be <br />performed by a third party certified tank tester or Veeder Root TLS console if <br />capable of performing a 0.1 gph tank integrity test. Results shall be received by <br />this office within 7 days of completion of work. <br />
